We will use real-time motion-analyzing technology to accurately track and reveal your body's movement. The technology, provided by BioMech, will show you the small, almost imperceptible variation in your balance. It will also provide you with quantitative data on your gait, or walking pattern. This valuable data has the potential to reveal muscle patterning that could explain, or potentially predict harmful habits. Because the goal of these Balance & Gait Assessments is to provide you with quantitative proof of your improvement, you will complete an initial assessment, and then re-assessment after a period of time based on your specific needs. We hope to re-test most clients after around 10 classes of your choice. The cost for the Balance & Gait Assessment is $50, which includes the initial assessment as well as the reassessment.
